The seat pressure sensor is a membrane touch point sensor, the seat sensor's contact points are evenly distributed on the seat's stressed surface, seat sensors generate a trigger signal when the seat receives a pressure from the outside. 

The seat pressure sensors applies to the seat occupancy detection system, such as seatbelt reminder system, seat occupancy detection system, passenger counting system, taxi meter automatism, VIP room/meeting room/restaurant seat occupancy monitor system, hospital/hotel bed occupancy system.

With this seat pressure sensor, It can detect whether there are people sit on the seat or not.

We can custom design different seat sensor shape and touch point sensitivity according to the seat's shape, rigidity and elasticity of car seat.

The seat pressure sensors usually contain four layers, up circuit layer, between adhesive layer, down circuit layer and back adhesive layer. Other accessories are wire cables and connectors.
